The warmly and bright kitchen features granite counter tops and custom cabinets, as well all essential appliances and spices. The living room shares a Waterford fireplace, cozy couch and 55" HD TV.

The charming bedroom features a king bed and French glass doors which lead to the your own veranda, complete with a Bistro set, potted flowers and gas grill, and where you can dine alfresco and delight in the California sun. The accompanying bathroom is highlighted by custom stone work throughout, a built in Jacuzzi tub, spacious walk- in shower and Santa Barbara style cabinets, complemented with granite surfaces.

The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.
