A 15-20minute walk from the main area but it felt safe to walk and the area itself was nice. Also like that they have filtered water available in the kitchen area」

「Posada del Angel is a beautiful boutique hotel, everything from the decor to the artisanal soap feels thoughtful and considered. Being there feels peaceful, the place has a lot of soul. It was an excellent base for exploring Antigua. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and always there for anything you needed. The room and surrounds are kept very clean. We had four nights here and were sad to leave.」

「There was a wonderful view of the nearby mountain. The city is easy to access. There is a pretty terrace and seating area. The attached coffee shop was a nice touch. The place does play music until about 10pm so plan accordingly. The garden in the court is beautiful. The bed was comfy. Walkable neighborhood.」

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」
