It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. "We had a wonderful stay at Anna Lodges Dolomites. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, making it very comfortable after long ski days. The location is also a huge plus—just a short walk to the Saslong lift, with direct access to the Sellaronda, which made getting on the slopes incredibly easy. But what truly sets Anna Lodges apart is the staff. They genuinely made our stay next level. Maria was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she even surprised me with a box of chocolates for my birthday, which meant so much. Nadia was also super friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. You can really tell they care about their guests.
