Estimado José , durante los últimos 3 meses Santa Cruz tuvo lluvias que están muy fuera de lo normal. La noche que tuvo ese percance hubo una tormenta bastante intensa que ocasionó muchos problemas en la ciudad. Lamentablemente su habitación fue una que sufrió este problema, donde por temas netamente de naturaleza en ocasiones extremas esta vez nos llegó a pasar. Las lluvias durante estos meses golpearon mucho viviendas, comercios avenidas y como hotel por más esfuerzos y calidad en obra que tengamos no somos exentos a estos problemas ocasionados por la naturaleza. Como sabe el agua busca siempre una salida o se la fabrica. Lamentamos que fue Justo en su cuarto y fueron goteras,No así inundación como menciona. El momento que aviso al staff de su incidente, se preparó otro cuarto más grande sin costo adicional para acomodarlo lo más pronto posible. Sin otro particular esperamos tuvo un tranquilo retorno a casa. Saludos

Although at first there was a small misunderstanding at reception, it was quickly resolved later. The hotel is simply magnificent, new facilities, very clean and elegant, the lobby is very nice and the breakfast is very good. I appreciate the cordiality of the staff members, especially Kevin. It is my new option in Santa Cruz definitely.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the expo center. There are also food places and a convenience store within walking distance. The bad thing was that there is a rental hall next to the hotel. They played extremely loud music late (2-3am) into the night twice.

The hotel is lovely - clean and attractive , and the staff were very pleasant. The view is spectacular over the city and the pool / hot tub area are lovely. However the quality of the food did not meet the high quality of the establishment - morning breads for instance was served cold. Also there needs to be a safety rod or mat in the shower which is very slippery and potentially dangerous.

Hotel novo, confortável, atendimento nota 1000. Café da manhã acima da média. A piscina e a academia são ótimas. Restaurante excelente.

La comodidad del hotel, y su ubicación a metros de la Expo Feria de Santa Cruz, la calidez de sus funcionarios, el excelente desayuno, y el restaurante con variado menú, y recomiendo la sopa de pollo, una delicia y el buen precio calidad.

La estadía de un mes en el Novotel fue excelente. Un hotel con todas las comodidades, ubicado cerca de la expo de Santa Cruz, con excelente desayuno, excelente restaurante, personal profesional y trato muy cordial y familiar.

Terrible experience
This was the worst stay in any Novotel Hotel for me for a specific reason: there was a wedding party in the hotel complex and we couldn’t sleep at all until 3:00 A.M. because the music was so loud that even on the 14th floor where we were, it was impossible to fall asleep even with the earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. We booked this hotel to have a comfortable night to rest after 2 weeks of travelling through Bolivia and instead we couldn’t sleep and were extremely exhausted the next day. When complaining to the hotel staff they told us that they cannot do anything until 3:00 A.M. The building is obviously very poorly built and this was not a 5 star experience at all, I wouldn’t pay even 30€ for this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there during the weekends, when the weddings are taking place. Otherwise, when there is no loud music, the hotel is very nice, but not being able to sleep ruined our experience completely.

Dear Viktorija : please let us talk about the wedding your are mentioning and your area of expertise around how the building has been built. The wedding was held in a neighboring conference room. It is out of our hands since there are local laws that permit parties to be held up until 3:00am local time. Our glass windows have 3 layers of heavy glass and you actually can’t hear anything during any heavy transit day. Our building has international standards in acoustic soundproof. This is the first time we have had this complaint, as said and we have international sound acoustic sounds inside a room. nothing is 100% perfect in life, and sadly you had that experience, all the other hotels guests during this weekend did not have this experience nor have not receive any complaints about sound. We can receive positive or negative feedback and as stated nothing in life is perfect , but we assure that we comply with international standards and we are deeply sorry on how your comment was intended , because it’s really damaging and stating that the building is poorly built is totally false with no fundament at all. Hopefully you have a good trip back home.

Estimado Sergio un gusto saludarle. Hablando con el gerente de turno que lo atendió y el equipo de personas que estuvo con usted, se le explicó que el restaurante estaba lleno por ser año nuevo. Así y todo le hicieron una mesa para brindarle una cena, lamentablemente era una temporada muy alta con reservas de mesas realizadas con mucha anticipación, de nuevo decirle que al no tener espacio aún así logramos darle habilitar una mesa para usted.
