Great getaway spot for the whole family

Everyone in our family loved staying at this friendly place. The room upstairs was ideal for the older teens and elementary aged kids. We used the hot tub - even in the rain! Close proximity to the beach was a special treat for our Canadian contingent. We plan to be back for some Fun in the Sun.

Wonderful location

Loved the location and the property was well supplied with necessities. Spacious home with close beach access. One thing we noted was the shower curtain upstairs needs to replaced as it was moldy. Overall, a very good space for a large group ! We had a wonderful time !

Fantastical!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family reunion! Close to the water and shops, totally equipped kitchen, very private bedrooms, two incredible living spaces, perfectly chosen things for children of all ages, bright, airy, so many amenities and a stellar host. We all agreed we would stay here for every Santa Cruz trip in the future. Thank you for such a lovely, worry-free weekend.

4th of July Fun

The house was wonderful, and the location to the beach was great. Though we were told that fireworks are illegal in Santa Cruz, there were lots of loud illegal ones going off on the 4th of July until late into the evening. Great home. Very clean.

Amazing location (about a block away from Cliff Dr path and Pleasure Point), spacious home and very clean. Easy check in /out. Host was very responsive to the one question we had, but we really didn’t have any questions since everything was clearly explained. Would stay here again.
