Got checked in by a kiosk which was different. The guy on screen had weak wifi or something took longer then dealing with someone face to face would of took. Got their about 8pm we decided to hit the pool they close at 10pm. We asked for towels kiosk man said it would be delivered to my room it never came. I have a family of 5 with me 2 adults 3 kids. I only had 2 bath towels in the room. When we came out the pool I ran into the indian hindy man with long hair that opened up to give someone toilet paper. I asked for some towels and he told me their closed lol. I said no man I have a family of 5 and only have 2 bath towels in the room. He went to his computer looking at my room number or something. He finally came with 3 towels. I never had a hotel try to refuse something like that to me lol. The next day the other staff was good gave us swim towels aswell. Room was decent had 3 beds everything worked was clean . I never had a problem with parking.

Me me my partner went to location had cops called on us for no reason and got kicked out due to some other people issues next door, ruined our experience and time. Had to find another room and staff wouldn’t understand our story and made us the bad people when my partner and I had nothing to do with it.

It's a fine place to stay if you only need to sleep. The ground level can be noisy. We had people yelling right outside of door around 2am. Hearing someone scream "I'm going to kick your ass" isn't entertaining when it sounds like they're right outside your window. The room didn't feel very well ventilated. It felt damp, like it needed a dehumidifying fan.
It's really close to the boardwalk, which is why we chose to stay there. It's not fancy but it works

Horrible experience, staff doesn't prepare your room at all before your arrival. When we checked in and opened the door, found a surprise with the pee stains on the toilet seat and dirty bathroom, so we had to ask them and wait 10-15 min before we can use the toilet after 3 hr trip to this place, also asked to change the bed sheets, because of stains and burnt spots on sheets. During the evening, had to kill a cockroach and couple of long bugs from sewer in shower. But the real nightmare was above us (we were in 116 room) on the second floor, we couldn't sleep all night due to couple of drunk crackheads arguing and fighting with each other and guy came out and was sitting on staircase and yelling on the phone all night, hitting their door and trying to get inside. I couldn't even call frontdesk because the landline phone on night stand is not working at all. Very unsafe place. Hot tub is dirty with tons of flakes in water.
Worst night and motel ever!

The location was great, walking distance to both downtown and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a bedside lamp.

Kind of loud, outside sounds as well as neighboring room noises. Tried to use the hot tub but there was a ton of people in the pool room most of the evening, pool room doesn’t require a key so anybody can just go in.

First, they gave us a hole in the wall room. The number to the room was taped on the door with the piece of paper. The clerk kept my ID on accident, and I couldn’t even call to tell them that he had my ID because there was no phone in the room, so I had to walk in the pouring rain to the front office to get it back. Then in the middle of the night, the electricity went out in that room, and I wasn’t able to charge my phone to even be able to call them to let them know I’m pretty upset and would like some kind of credit or some kind of payment for my inconvenience. If someone can, please get a hold of me when I let them know at the front desk in the morning. When I checked out they were very rude.

Clean room and good parking but omg its so loud, I heard everything and everyone. Its great for walking to surrounding places but driving to access the lot is on a one-way street, which makes it hard to get to if you don't go a certain way
