Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. "This place is just how it looks in the pictures, well kept and everything was in working order. Donna is easy to communicate with and very helpful with any other information that you might need. My only disappointment was realizing that the balcony in the pictures that you see are not the one that is connected to your apartment. Those pictures are the top deck and it's 2 stories up. "We stayed 3 nights in the "casa grande" associated with the Galapagos Pearl Hotel and could not have been more pleased. The casa has 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, one bathroom, and is conveniently located right next to the pool and the outdoor dining area where Yolanda serves breakfast. Your room is cleaned every day.
