"The room was clean with basic amenities like mini fridge, microwave. I paid over $100 per night which I think was little overpriced given how loud it gets early in the morning. If you are not a morning person then you might get really annoyed with the sound of vehicles running right next to the road. Other than that decent room with decent breakfast."

"Cons: AC couldn't keep the room cool, poorly stocked bathroom only 2 bath towels, 1/4 roll of TP. Dimly lit mirror. Stayed in a suite and expected much better, small fridge tossed on the floor and plugged in, no micro (should have been in a cabinet and lit up!) Very poorly lit main room, I needed to use my phone light to see inside the armoire and dresser drawers. No task lighting at all at desk. Pro: The bed was comfortable, cheaper than Santa Cruz"

"Everything was good except the staffs need to be more friendly. They are not welcoming. They looked too serious and snob. Upon checking in, they are working on other things instead of helping you get checked in. They make you wait and there is no other customer in line. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. Too bad I booked 2 more nights in advanced. Also, check out is at 11am and most hotels are 12pm. Housekeeper also will knock at the door earlier and check out is at 11am. what is that? "

"Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. "
