“The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. He also helped us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day with busy traffic which was super helpful. The apartment is close to 2 subway stations where you can……

“I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.”

“Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse……
