Authentic historic adobe property in the heart of the Guadalupe / Rail yard District. This home has been lovingly restored while maintaining its original charm. A gated and covered patio surrounded by flowers & latilla fencing for privacy, welcomes your arrival. The inside features an expansive space with light filled living & dining rooms, beamed ceilings, fine artwork, wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen with eating area, separate study, and sunroom. There are three conforming bedrooms and another non-conforming bedroom typical of Santa Fe homes. Fifth sleeping area available in sunroom with a door for privacy. The property features two baths- one w shower and another with tub & shower. AC units in all bedrooms, new ceiling fans, and 72” flatscreen. Five minute walk to railyard restaurants, Railrunner, Violet Crown Theater and river trail. Plaza museums, galleries, etc are less than a 15 minute stroll. Large fenced yard perfect for furry companions. Outdoor dining areas on the covered front patio and under a pergola in the back. Gas bbq, ping pong, and corn hole onsite. Bocci ball coming late spring 2026!

Perfect spot for multi families in Santa Fe

What a great place for multiple families for both overnight and for common space areas for games, eating, etc. The place is super cute, well-priced, and located in a great area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place close to town

The location was perfect! A cute neighborhood and walking distance to town and restaurants. The kitchen is darling with bright dishes and plenty of space. Comfy front porch perfect for morning coffee or evening margaritas.

Great Location!

Spring break trip to beautiful Santa Fe and surrounding areas

we liked the spacious accomodations. Bathrooms were good, and beds comfortable. Plenty of seating in liv room and dining space was nice for all 8 of us to sit and eat. Nice walk into town so no need to drive the car.

Great location and funky old house in historic district

Like many old houses, this one has a circuitous layout but it worked well for us. Location was great, walking distance to plaza, Sprouts, Railyard area (< 1 mile).

Women’s weekend trip

A fun, quirky place

We enjoyed our home-away-from-home in Santa Fe. There was plenty of room for the six of us who ended up staying there, and the fenced back yard was great for our dog. This home is attractively decorated--think boho chic--and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect!

Perfect place for our Sisters’ Retreat! Our host was so friendly and accommodating and we had everything we needed. Location was great- walking distance to rail yard and plaza. We loved the relaxing backyard and front porch patios. We’ll definitely try to come back here!

Walk Everywhere!

Comfortable spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to coffee, dinner, bars and plaza. Our family ranged from 18 months to 73 years. Everyone had a blast.

Lovely Home tucked in Guadalupe Neighborhood!!!

Such a lovely home that could easily accommodate several more people. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The porch and backyard are truly inviting, the rooms inside large and well-appointed, plus the fireplace was perfect for a night in! The owner was very quick to answer any questions and had thoughtful touches throughout the home. A great, safe neighborhood for exploring Santa Fe! We loved it and enjoyed celebrating all our Big Birthdays!

Great house!

We loved staying here. It was great for our family group. My 90 year old mom had a little problem navigating the layout. I wonder if a floorplan in the listing would have helped her. Other than that, we really enjoyed it!

Great house for a family

My family had a great stay. The beds were all very comfortable and they were all full with my extended family. My family of 4, my sister and her teenage son and my parents were all able to stay under 1 room. The layout of the beds/baths was a little strange but overall we really enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and our host was great at communicating with us.

40th Birthday Getaway

This big house was just the space we needed for the 5 of us who all came to town to celebrate my bday.The house was cozy. Many laughs were had in the living room, breakfast sandwiches made in the kitchen, puzzles done around the table and cups of coffee sipped in the back yard. Lilas and her husband were very helpful and responsive when we needed paper products replenished in the house and when there were some ants that needed to be managed. We’d certainly stay here again if we visit Santa Fe again in the future!

Thanksgiving Harmony

We came up with our dogs to celebrate Thanksgiving with our friends and family. We loved our space and was great spacing for all involved. The walking distance to everything was a huge plus, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a beautiful Thanksgiving feast. We will definitely be back and thanks for providing such a cozy space!

We 4 ladies were celebrating a milestone birthday. We were totally enamored with this home. So cozy and it included all the comforts of home. Beds and baths were perfect. Loved all the decorative touches. All were very southwestern. We got in late the evening we checked in and there were lights on to welcome us. Overall, a wonderful home to spend our time together.

You are going to love the front porch!

A group of us from all over the country met up for a long weekend in Santa Fe. The house worked out perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked and it was an easy walk into downtown. Also, the front porch was perfect for gathering in the morning for coffee or the late afternoon for a glass of wine. The hosts were great!

Spacious and comfortable, perfect location

The home is a short walk to the plaza and many restaurants. A quick drive to the opera, our main reason for the trip to Santa Fe. Supermarkets are an easy walk or close drive. The house is well equipt, the beds comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. We intend to rent this house again when returning to Santa Fe, and are letting friends know about it, too.
