Friends visiting from of town and we wanted to stay in Santa Fe. The house was beautiful and the view was stunning. Owners were accessible polite and kept in touch. Location felt private and still close to everything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing property

Our family enjoyed this property so much. We will absolutely book again. Everything is as depicted in pics. Added bonus was the absolute quiet and peace you felt at the house, all while being close to anything in town. Great accommodations. My senior dog had difficulty on the slick tiles and steps but we didn’t mind helping her out. The patio was outstanding.

Very private, peaceful and quiet location with lots of room and very homey. Close and easy drive to all the shopping areas. The patio was great with beautiful views and landscaping. Everything was perfect. Next time we visit Santa Fe, we will definitely stay here and a couple of days longer! Yvette was also great and very hospitable. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Wonderful

It is a beautiful property with stunning views of the mountains. The home is very convenient to Santa Fe downtown and the Santa Fe Ski Basin. The decor is magnificent, with art pieces from from around the world. The art is museum worthy and the best part is we got to see it everyday during our stay. Yvette, the owner, was very focused on our having a positive experience, which was indeed the case.

A Great Visit to Santa Fe

Four of us stayed at Yvette’s lovely home for a girls weekend getaway. Her home was elegantly decorated with a Southwest and international theme. The views of the city were beautiful and I highly recommend this home for any group traveling to Santa Fe.

What a beautiful home tucked away in a neighborhood above the City. Location is close to everything , plenty of room . The backyard patio was the best part! Great Atmosphere, View and Wonderful Home

The home is absolutely amazing. The views and layout are so beautiful. Was a getaway for old friends to catch up on conversation and time. The main room was so inviting for this. When the snow fell, the house was warm and cozy. Would recommend this home for an adult getaway from city life and enjoy Santa Fe. The host is amazing and will recommend some of the best dining in the town. Will def stay here again!!!!

Stunning views, great home in Santa Fe

This was a lovely home with stunning views from the large patio. The host was responsive, the home was well stocked, and we would happily stay again. Our only (very) minor complaint is really because our stay was in the middle of a heat wave: Then den (with the pull out bed) did not have a dedicated mini split unit (AC) like the other sleeping areas, so it got a little warm in there, but it cooled off quickly once the sun went down.

Santa Fe Getaway

The house is in a perfect location for exploring downtown as well as quick access to get out of town to visit other sites. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the mountains from the master bedroom could not have been more spectacular. The property is very neat and clean. The owner checked in on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed both at the house as well as ideas on what to see and do in the area. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone and if I’m ever back to Santa Fe, I will stay here again!

The house was perfect for us. Communication with Yvette worked flawlessly and very quickly at all times. The location of the house is ideal. February Ski Trip

I stayed at Yvette's home for an extended weekend. She is the best communicator I've rented from and very available for any rental issues. The home was gorgeous decorated and very elegant. It is a bit formal for a family weekend and there is no TV in the main living room, however neither of those affected my group at all. We actually preferred no TV to play games together instead. The kitchen is very well stocked and ready for guests! I appreciated and enjoyed this rental and will repeat it again when going to Santa Fe.

Women's Getaway

This property was a dream location and house to stay in for a small women's weekend retreat. Yvette was attentive and timely in her communication prior to and during the stay. A snowfall did not keep us from arriving safely and staying warm and cozy. The home is light, airy and beautifully decorated with art and artifacts. The views from this home east to the Sangre de Cristos and south to the Sandias are breathtaking. Short drive 7-10 minutes to town, the plaza and most of central SF. Nothing was needed but do bring coffee and condiments of your choice. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Heavenly Haven

This beautiful spacious home was a short ride to the Plaza yet seemed far away from the city nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We had magnificent views of the city and the mountains. Sunrise AND sunset views are hard to beat. The listing says 2 tvs but there is only one that works with cable. The other requires a firestick which you would have to bring. The well equipped kitchen and dining areas are perfect for gatherings as well as the outdoor patio. Yvette was easy to communicate with and helped us when we needed help with the tv. There is a garage door opener which makes it so easy to get in and out. I loved this beautiful home, and would love to return.

Great view

The view was fantastic and time out on the patio was great. There were quiet a few issues that we think people should be aware of, before booking it. First, the kitchen is not usable in the summer. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen and it was miserably hot just trying to be in there during the day/evening. It is fully stocked with utilities and would be great in the winter. Next, the one room with a TV with cable and access to apps is in a third bedroom that is also without air conditioning and is terribly hot. This coupled with the way the house is set up, does not make it very family friendly. Other reviews praise the decor, and while it would be great for hosting a dinner party, there aren’t very comfortable nor compelling places to sit and enjoy family time at the house. The main bedroom was nice and cold, but during this hot stay, the main living room struggled to stay temperate and comfortable. The host was very nice and checked in via email several times. While we wouldn’t stay here again, especially since other reviews say the fireplaces can’t be used in winter, it wasn’t a bad home. It is just that we think that everyone should be aware of the AC issues, especially in the kitchen, as it was a major issue for us in August.
