"Beautiful hotel. Nice furnishings and atmosphere. While some items are outdated, the property looks to be undergoing a facelift. Will be a popular destination. Staff not friendliest- more important to flirt with each other than pay attention to guests. Will definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and beautiful. What history of the Pueblos, Chapel at Loretto was right there! The people were friendly and helpful, especially Ann, the bell person! Give that girl a raise!!!!"
