It has 50 m² of terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool, outdoor parking, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
The independent kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Smoking is not permitted within the property.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when you are not inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to dispose of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, or exceeding the number of permitted occupants in the dwelling.
The owner has the right to expel the customer and all guests from the apartment, whether during the day or night, without providing any refund. The amount already paid for the reservation and damage deposit.
All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.29 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay. Which will be paid in cash to the owner at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit is charged.
To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
