The property was in a remote area way far away from the town. Dirt roads...omg! We left and never checked in. I knew it was a problem when the cab asked how we picked that hotel! Grrrr

It was far, the photos look different from the place. There were incects all around. The bath hadn't any soap. The toilet was broken and the shower was too small. Luckily they had air-conditioning.

I was not able to find the location. The OYO hotel does not exist where their google maps takes you. When we called we were explained that the name OYO is used as a franchise name and it's sublet to other hotels. We had to, in a short notice, find a different place to spend the night. Also, that same afternoon, I called Expedia and explain the problem, the person from Expedia try to get in contact with the hotel but after not been able to get through a claim ticket was issued. That was back in November 2022, it's now February 2023 and I am still waiting for a response. Never pay for your reservation in advance with Expedia. Very bad experience.

It’s a good place for a couple or backpackers who need a place to crash that have a car. It’s one towel per bed, limited hot water, no cell phone signal and no Wi-fi. Laundry wasn’t done daily so half of our party didn’t have a towel to shower. We also had only 1 toilet paper roll for 5 people per day, no fridge, no safe, no trash. Additional amenities are available at the front desk at an additional cost, cash only. Would recommend to avoid the twin beds, there’s no comforters and I slept feeling springs on my back. The hotel is on an unpaved dirt road with no signs in a new neighborhood, and it’s 15 minutes driving from the city. Consider a taxi or renting a car. The rooms itself and the pool were nice and the hotel is gated and the AC is nice. Would recommend having a car and bringing your own amenities, and packing light.

Clean with friendly staff. It appeared the blanket and sheets on one of the beds had not been laundered. I thought I was getting mugged because San Vicente is on a dirt road. I had real trouble getting a cab back from the beach to the hotel in the evening.

It was just okay.
This "hotel" is in a remote area of Huatulco across the main highway off a dirt road. We only needed one night's stay before heading to the airport early the next morning. The manager did not speak English which is okay but there were zero instructions given to us. We paid in cash and were handed a room key. The room was clean and the a/c worked. The problems: There was no hot water so cold shower. The pool is in the center of the hotel. There were families staying here, and the kids and adults were at the pool until midnight. Everything echoed so it was EXTREMELY loud until they finally went into their rooms. We had to leave early (5:30 a.m.) and were locked in the hotel. We figured out we had a key to one of the gates but had nowhere to leave our key once the gate was closed. It would have been nice to have some instructions at check-in. I guess for $20 US it was fine but I think next time I'll spend a little more and get a room in town.

Si bien, la ubicacion no es la ideal. Y hay poca señal ahi. Es un lugar pequeño pero agradable. La señora de la cocina, cocina muy rico y hasta nos llego a hacer de comer en horario que no era de comida. El señor, siempre fue muy accessible, nos ayudo dandonos tips y demas.

Wish hotel was finished.
I had no idea how far the hotel was from food or services. The place was.completely empty. Nice pool , but no steps to.enter or ladder to get out!!! Nowhere to sit outside.and no warm shower!! Very difficult to walk anywhere and taxis can't find me.

En general todo muy bien! Solo tuvimos un poco de problema con el estacionamiento, pues nos dijeron que después de las 10:00 pm ya no nos podían abrir para guardar nuestra camioneta, que si llegábamos después de esa hora tendríamos que dejarla afuera. Así que el día que decidimos salir de noche, tuvimos que pedir taxi para no tener que dejarla afuera. Y también nos confiamos de que en su publicación decía que tenían servicio de desayuno y no fue así ☹️

Me gustó que tiene estacionamiento, la alberca estaba disponible todo el tiempo y tiene regadera. Me hubiera gustado que estuvieran más oscuras las habitaciones ya que afuera había un reflector cuya luz se filtraba a nuestro cuarto por la ventana. También creo que le falta una escalera a la alberca para el acceso.

Buenos días a todos dejare mi mala experiencia en este hotel son unos abusivos no te advierte que te harán cobros adicionales para solicitar factura, ya en la aplicación te cobran el IVA y ellos por aparte te solicitan que pagues más si no pagas no te entregan la factura eso se me hace un abuso por parte del hotel espero le sirva a los que facturan ya que le harán un cobro extra de iva para poder facturar

The facilities are not located within the city limits, it is located out of the city. The only way to get there is a dirt road. Not safe, taxis don't get there, you have to walk.

Excelente servicio, se descansa bastante bien, aunq está algo alejado, pero vale la pena. Pero no tiene wifi, no hay nada al rededor para consumir o comprar algo en la noche, solo sirven desayunos en el restaurante del hotel. Y la señal de teléfono es poca por no decir nula
