“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return……

“Room is small but with a very neat and clean bathroom. Location is very good and it’s convenient to go main interesting points by taking bus at the front door. All staff are friendly and helpful. ”

“This was a very unique and private property. The entrance was unsuspecting but easy to find. Once you went up the elevator and entered the guest services desk we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We could not hear any street noise and had a pretty city view. ”

Excellent location with a great cafe next door and across the street. Super close to other great restaurants and close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were comfy and the decor was super cute. If you need a safe place to stay I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The check in process was easy and they kept in……

“Room was clean and spacious. Great location, in the middle of Trastevere. Everything is contact less: Check-in online and property equipped with keypads. But if you need anything someone will show up.”

The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch. “We only stayed one night. The room was amazingly Beautiful. Very clean and modern, the bed and shower was big enough. I would stay here again. Staff was nice. It was in a nice area only thing when the taxi dropped us off we had to walk on min up the road to get there. But that was ok. Lots of stores near by and mini markets dining options as well.”
