Laundry service is available, but it was not picked up in a timely manner, so it took longer than expected. The Wednesday evening Fado show in the hotel restaurant was very enjoyable."

"Great, very helpful staff at the reception. Excellent location - easy for Uber pick up - parking lot an opposite the entrance, easy for trams, metro and plenty of dining options. Very clean, nice breakfast, relatively quiet (mind you are in the middle of the city). There are a few flights of stairs before you get to the lift, so not very suitable for people with reduced mobility. But great experience overall and definitely would stay again."

"We stayed 2 nights at The Pessoa and slept well in a comfortable bed. The shower was hot and efficient, but probably the best thing about The Pessoa is it's location adjacent to Carmo Convent. It was so convenient for all we wanted to do in Lisbon and an interesting place to be based. It is a quirky and characterful property, currently undergoing some renovation work which will undoubtedly enhance what's on offer.
