"We enjoyed our stay very much. The fitness room was great. The bedrooms were large and comfortable as was the living area. The Keurig coffee machine was as a welcome addition. Shopping areas were conveniently close. "

"The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place"

"Eric was very kind, and the location was extremely convenient. Above all, the interior of the house was very elegant, and the bed was so comfortable that we were able to have a great night’s sleep on the soft bedding set. We would love to visit again"

"This listing is a very nice, fairly spacious, model home type four bedroom, two bath condo that is clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to dozens of top tier restaurants and stores! Definitely would recommend this to small groups that want to have a walkable staycation/vacation along the beach!"

"We loved everything about this property. It was safe, clean and very comfortable. The location was also nice. With in walking distance to Santee Alley which is just fun to experience. Was definitely easy to get around. The only “down side” was the parking was a bit tricky HOWEVER so great that it was included on our stay. And the roof top pool was the *chefs kiss* to it all!"
