Amazing location and host!

I was here with a group of 14 women and we had the best time. Stephanie, Hollie and Joy were great hosts - extremely communicative and easy to work with. The house itself was in a great location in 30a - 5 minute golf cart ride to amazing restaurants and cafes, less than 10 min walk to the beach, and quick uber rides to Bay Town Wharf for dancing and dining. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're planning a trip with a big group. Super convenient, clean pool in the back, and really gracious host they booked our chef, our pontoon and even picked up our food!

Great experience, vacation, great hosts!

We had an awesome experience at this property! Communication was great with 30a beach girls. We requested an early check-in for my 18-mo-old daughter to get her nap in, and it was approved. The home was perfect for me and my family during a family vacation, it was beautiful and immaculate! The location was awesome as well. Super close to the "hustle and bustle" of Seaside and the beach. Thank you for picking ups our groceries and for the bonfire night. The entire trip was pleasant and stress free! You're amazing hosts.

Surprising property tucked away in a quaint neighborhood close to all the highlights of 30a

No surprises with this property. A real gem to stay there and everything worked well for our large family. 30 A Beach Girls management is amazing and was very helpful. We will stay here again for sure.

Immaculately clean house in gorgeous location. Close to beach. Kitchen was my dream kitchen. Pool was the kids favorite spot. We loved this house. Jessica was great about communication and the check-in and checkout processes were seamless. Only downer was the golf cart breaking down but Hollie had one delivered to us very quickly. Highly recommend this house and 30-A beach girls

Stunning showstopper home.

Stunning home. Beautiful property well stocked with everything one will need. Joy and Hollie was a joy to work with, wonderful and communicated very well. We loved the outdoor pool space where we spent more time at then the beach. We enjoyed the bonfire evening and loved the games and treats that were provided. Perfect Beachy Getaway with 30a beach girls! I would give Hollie her team and and her property more than tens stars if I could! The location is stunning and the home is very well kept. Hollie is very attentive and thoughtful and went above and beyond for us! We miss the house, pool and beach dearly already. Such fond memories were made! We especially enjoyed the pool and the bonfire evening. Perfect perfect stay!

Counting down the days to return!

Coming back!!!! What an amazing stay! The house is PERFECTLY located! Close to the hustle and bustle of Seaside, Grayton and Gulf Place, but far enough away for the peace and quiet needed too. The pool was so great and large. The beds were comfy and the whole place was just as expected. We can't wait to get back next summer with our family of 13! Hollie surprised our daughter with cake, ice cream and balloons for her celebration. We are counting down the days until our next stay!

Luxurious home with exceptional service. 30a beach girls delivers a very unique vacation that we've never experienced before. Airport shuttle, groceries delivered, chef, bonfire, fishing excursion. Took 3 calls and it was all handled. The pool area was our entertaining spot. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and there was bottomless margaritas one evening with poker. Luxurious and heaven!

This property is really the best property I have stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a few. It is convenient to both the beach and Gulf Place...Shunk Gulley is our new favorite restaurant! Home is so luxurious, spotless and very comfortable, with luxurious linens and towels and very comfortable beds. The living room is a great place to enjoy conversation and just to rest and relax with family. It is truly the most incredible place for a family gathering. The pool area is the highlight of the home and OMG it is spectacular. 30a Beach Girls was a responsive host, and they have the best check-in and check-out method imaginable, plus they provide good detailed information on visiting the area, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended for your visit to 30a they know it all. Can't wait to return to this home!!!

The property was beyond PERFECT for the occasion. The pool was fantastic, the layout of the house worked for our needs, and the kitchen was a perfect place to gather. I don't think the TV's were turned on at all. Hollie coordinated a chef to come over one night and make us the most memorable meal. The kitchen size and layout was perfect for us being able to have a great meal while not getting in the way of the chef in the kitchen itself. Hollie also coordinated our bonfire, airport transportation and had our groceries put away for guys upon arrival. If you want to just arrive and begin your relaxation this is the company to call. From booking to depart 30a beach girls handled everything. Truly a dream vaca!

30a Beach Girls Luxury home!

I was celebrating my 50th (!) birthday with my adult children and could not have picked a more perfect spot! The home is spectacular. Our family of seven wanted mostly to spend time together enjoying meals (and drinking a little wine) so this was ideal, with plenty of space to spread out and relax, enjoying the pool, hot tub, beach walks and the free bonfire night. We did eat out several times and Hollie provided a comprehensive list of services, restaurants, and general info which was super helpful. She was great about checking in periodically, and was wonderful at check in and responsive if we ever had a question about anything. We took advantage of a private chef and also did our own cooking one evening when we didn't eat out, kitchen is stoked very well and the chef said he enjoys cooking in this home and has done so several times. I highly recommend having the house stocked by 30a beach girls with groceries. If you're like us, you plan on heading out for a portion of every day but want to enjoy the group you are with in privacy and luxury, you could not pick a more perfect spot or host like Hollie and her team!

30a Beach Girls home has it all!! Dream vacation!

We stayed in this house with a group of friends. The house had all the necessary amenities plus so much more. The location of the house cannot be beat. Enjoying the pool deck over morning coffee or a dip in the hot tub was wonderful. We loved all the toys including golf cart and paddle boards and got lots of use of the grill. The kitchen has everything one would need and is unforgettable. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The check in process was as easy as can be. We did have to reach out to the property manager a couple of times and they were very responsive and accommodating. Hollie and Joy were out two contacts and always available to give us assistance and recommendations. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect!! I would highly recommend this house and Hollie's company 30a Beach Girls to anyone looking for a 30a beach vacation. I hope we can return sometime in the near future. It is by far my absolute favorite vacation home I have ever rented.

Friendcation 2023

We were so pleased with our stay! From the pictures online it appeared that the house was a good distance from the beach, so we were a bit worried about that. But once we arrived, we realized the picture just makes it seem further than it actually is. The house was at most a 5 min ride by bike. (also there isn't a lot of traffic on that section of 30A) The house was beautiful & fitted our 18 guests wonderfully. Our trip was during the time when rip tides were really prevalent so we utilized the pool & hot tub all hours of the day. There are two large fridges so there is plenty of room for food. the house is stunning! It was great! The only down sides were what others had mentioned in their reviews. For instance, the public beach access is a small area with a lot of people, so it's very crowded. However, if you rent an umbrella from the guys down there, you get front row to the ocean. (I think it was $20 to rent for the day, worth it!) Also, there isn't much parking even for the golf cart so get there early. The only negative about the house was that the bathroom located at the pool didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. (it's kind of hidden so maybe the cleaners didn't realize it was there?) Overall we had an amazing stay and will be renting from 30A Beach girls again in the future. The were very helpful & communicative throughout the stay. (giving weather updates, suggestions of activities during rainy days, etc) 10/10 recommend!
