The location of this house is great! We enjoyed being close to the beach and had many options for restaurants.The house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There trash was left in the garage and in the golf cart. This trash was old Jell-O shots and empty containers. There was splattered something on the wall of the main floor bathroom and the vacuum didn’t work when we tried to do some cleaning ourselves. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were broken, but it was easy enough for us to go purchase items to use during our stay. We also had to purchase our own trash bags and there weren’t any basic items that you typically find at a VRBO (salt, pepper, extra paper towels, etc).The communication was almost nonexistent and questions went unanswered, except for when the owner had a question for us (i.e. asking us about a golf cart key from a stay prior to ours).Overall, we had a nice stay and it accommodated our family of 11 very well!

Incredibly Disappointing. This house needs some TLC.

We were a group of 7 adults, coming for a long weekend in Destin. We booked this house due to the location and bedroom setup - which was great - but all of us were incredibly shocked at how absolutely filthy the place was. Some highlights: - Cobwebs on the lighting - Dead flies on the floor - A sticky film on the counters, the appliances, and the welcome packet. - Scuffed up walls, baseboards, furniture - Stained, dirty slipcovers on the kitchen chairs - Dirty dishes and cookware (found IN the cabinets!) -Stained bed linens and carpets Not to mention the broken, ill-equipped stock: - No trashcan in the upstairs bathroom - Dead batteries in the TV remotes - Broken garage door (would not close from the outside) - Lack of household basics - scissors, salt/pepper, olive oil. I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is being spent on, but it certainly isn't cleaning. We were all incredibly disappointed and would not recommend a stay here - aside from the great location, this house is below par so many others in the area. Spend your money elsewhere!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This beach home was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of sleeping arrangements lots of storage. The golf cart was perfect for the many trips back and forth to the beach. With all that said upon arrival the home was not properly cleaned. Crumbs everywhere. Cabinets had drippings of coffee. Overall we enjoyed our vacation very much so. Lots of wonderful laughs and memories were made. We are looking forward to another beach vacation very soon.

Fun time at Santa Rosa

House was great with plenty of room and perfect layout. Having golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting to beach and restaurants very easy.We are already discussing a return trip!

Fall beach getaway

We had a wonderful trip. Enjoyed the location of the property. Size of house was great. The golf cart was a definite plus. Easy access to the beach. House was clean, had plenty of towels, and useful amenities. Would definitely book again.

Excellent vacation spot!

Couldn't be happier with our stay here! Plenty of room in the home for everyone to have their space and also a great neighborhood for walks and porch sitting. The golf cart was also a game changer for getting back and forth to beach and pool as well as site seeing the surrounding restaurants.

It was a great stay with some setbacks. The floors were very dirty, the garage door might or might not work and the garage was full of sand. It seemed like it hadn’t even been swept out before we got there. Lots of construction.

Great House, Great Location

The place was fantastic - lots of room for our family. There was some constructure going on in the neighborhood, but we spent most days at the beach or out/about and it was not obtrusive. The golf cart combined with the proximity to the beach was fantastic! Had no issues parking the golf cart across the street from the beach as I had read about before going. We will def come back!

Great place in Santa Rosa Beach

We had a great a time at this great location. Super close to the beach and Walmart nearby for groceries. The house was very clean but needs new chairs for dining room table as they are falling apart. Management was courteous to replace a broken blender but came in without notice while we were out which was a little offputting. The bikes and golf cart were a great addition. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to others. Beds were a little firm but overall comfortable. A/C works extremely well.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for us. Six adults and four little ones. The golf cart was a huge hit and it made getting to the beach a breeze! Will definitely be back!

Great house in a great areas

House was well appointed and very nice. Close to beach, golf cart made it easy to get back and forth to beach. Close enough to “beachy things” but still far enough away to be nice and quiet. Great family get away, we will definitely look to utilize this property again.

Beautiful house, great location

We truly enjoyed this house. The house was very clean, decorations were beachy and tasteful, location was a short golf cart ride from the beach. The house has a very fun pirate ship bunk bed that the kids LOVED. We had an issue with the garage door but it was addressed by the management company quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and we were sad to leave!
