Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
