Loved our stay!

Fantastic area close to lots of things. The beach was perfect and we also loved the tennis court and pool. All the amenities and extras like the bikes and chairs really took our experience up a notch. We would love to come back and stay longer another time!

Staying at the Seagrove Dunes out did my expectations. It was everything and more that I could have asked for in a vacation spot. I felt like I was at home but on a tropical island. Great place to stay with family. My sons had so much fun. Everyone was friendly. Hated to leave can’t wait to return.

Our third year at Dunes of Seagrove, and it's a little hidden gem. Units are old, but in good shape. My only complaint is that units get warm at night, while they are cold during the day, like many hotels.

Close to the beach but a bit lacking

Loved that we were so close to the beach, it was a quick 5 minute walk and the beach area was large, clean and not overcrowded during our stay. Walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to many more. It is a very utilitarian unit with nice furniture and appliances but would recommend bringing some necessaries like hand soap (none provided), extra toilet paper (only two rolls for 4 adults over 4 days) and paper towels.

Pluses and minuses

Overall, the condo itself was great. The views, access, and parking were phenomenal. The layout of the condo is functional and aesthetically pleasing. Check in and check out is about as smooth as it gets. However, property management is almost non-existent. Office hours are hit or miss. Getting certain amenities (such as basic bedding) will take up too much of your time. I don’t pay money for frustration, and that’s what I encountered more than once in dealing with office/property management. I also did not appreciate getting a tow notice on a rental, but unable to get a parking pass because the office was closed. There are obvious communication gaps between Vacasa, the “local team”, and security that need to be evaluated.
