Topsl' Summit 1003 - July 2024

Overall great experience. This is our sixth time visiting the tops'l resort (we love tops'l!), but our first time staying in the summit building. We typically stay in tides. Unit 1003 is towards the north end of the building near the trash chute, which is convenient, but it is far from the elevators. Not a terrible walk though. One nice thing is the elevators seemed new. The ride was quick and smooth. Summit pool is ok. It is a lot less lively than the tides pool which some may prefer. There also is not the beach breeze often experienced at the tides pool which can be a little stifling. We prefer the tides pool given the lively atmosphere as well as it's proximity to the beach and blue dunes grill. Specific to the unit: • clean upon arrival. • nicely decorated. • major appliances worked great. • access to the fitness center was included. Nice amenity. • could use some furniture and bed updates as they are showing wear and tear.

Great Vacation

We loved the resort and proximity to the beach. Used work out facility and restaurant near the beach - both were good! Condo could use a new dishwasher and blinds in living room need repair. Other than those couple items all was good . Would stay here again. Thanks!

The Summit

I loved that this place was walking distance to the beach, the pool was awesome too! I will say do not plan on having a good WiFi connection there. We had some issues with that but I can say, when I called the front desk they sent someone right away to fix the problem. Unfortunately we still had the same issue but it was not as bad. (While on vacation I had to work, so the network was important at times) They were beyond helpful and made sure things were taken care of right away.

Simple getaway

Staying at this property made a last minute vacation a simple feat. We were within minutes of activities, restaurants, beaches and necessities. The property was well appointed and comfortable.

Great Location

Condo was clean, spacious for our needs, and had all the amenities needed. Nice pools, workout facility if you want, and nice beach access. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the Condo. Nothing but good things to say about our stay.
