Wonderful vacation home

This house was very clean and pretty. The golf cart was a very nice addition too. We didn’t want to come home! I’d happily rent this home again.

Spring break stay

Fabulous property!!! It was very clean and well furnished. Our family loved the bicycles and golf cart. The neighborhood is excellent and our kids loved exploring on the bikes. The location is superb! Only disappointment was the pool near the property was closed the day after we arrived and remained close for the week. We were thankful for the golf cart so we could utilize the pools and beach access at Water Color Inn. We will definitely return!!

Summer kicknoff

We had a great time. Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We never could get the golf carts Bluetooth to connect to our phone for some reason. That was a bummer. Also the outdoor shower head was broken and the bunk bed upstairs on the right side was too unstable for our kiddos to sleep in.

Don't rent from this house!

Don't rent from this house! Golf cart broken, broken bike, false advertising on the pool and beach access (house sleeps 15 but the HOA at Water Color only gives out 12 pool/beach tags), washing machine broken. Property Manager has still never reached out to us with a phone call to make things right. We will never rent this house again or use BeachWalk Property Management.

Beautiful property! The area was very clean and felt very safe. The house met all our needs for 15 people and was very nice. We would definitely go back!

Spring Break

We had a great time enjoying the quiet neighborhood of Watercolor. I brought a few teens that jumped on the bikes and headed to Seaside everyday to enjoy the food trucks, beach and friends. The pool was so close to our house and the little ones enjoyed it! We had 11 people and PLENTY of room in this adorable house. Lots of storage space and bathrooms. If I had to complain about something I wish the golf cart was a 6 seater. But it wasn't really an issue with the bikes. We will definitely come back to Watercolor and this rental.

deferred maintanence

We have stayed many times in the Crossings of Watercolor. This was the first time we have been sorely disappointed. The upstairs bathroom had a toilet lid laying in the corner beside the toilet. There was mold in the upstairs bathroom around the air vent. The front porch had mold along the walls and the wood trim on the porch was rotten and black. This is not at all what we expected especially for a Watercolor home. I own coastal property as well, so I know the maintenance needed with a humid climate. I am sure the owners are not aware that their home is in such poor shape. I would not stay with this company again.

Cleanliness

Several areas of the bathrooms and kitchen had long black hairs on shower wall, floors and kitchen sink. Housekeeping charges should reflect a higher level of cleanliness and I just hope that our charge for housekeeping was worth it for the next occupants. The dishwasher would cancel out 2 minutes after starting so should be checked out for maintenance issues. Great location and plenty of bath towels and washcloths.

Great house and neighborhood

The property was great. Only con to the experience was the kitchen needs more pot and pan options. Complementary dishwashing and laundry detergent would be a plus too.
