Perfect 30a location. Really enjoyed exploring the Watercolor property each morning on our walks. There are a ton of restaurants and amenities within walking distance to the condo.

Beautiful accommodations. Clean, comfortable and convenient. 5 minute walk to the Watercolor Beach Club (access included with stay) and ocean. No issues whatsoever with our stay. Everything was easy peasy.

A great property!

Our family enjoyed our time at Top Of The Palms. Top Of The Palms was clean, very well decorated, very well stocked with anything you would need on your 30 A vacation. FYI, the third bedroom is a very small bunk room the other two king size beds and bathrooms are quite spacious. We loved the porch also.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location in Watercolor with a super easy walk across the street to the beach club. We had plenty of room to load our beach wagon with gear and a 3.5 year old and tackle each day with ease. We were also able to jump on our golf cart and zip into Seaside within 5 mins. The condo was spacious for our 3 person family and an amazing view of the ocean. Interior was very clean and well maintained with nice decor. Access to all Watercolor amenities was fantastic as well. We can’t wait to return!

Very good — pros and cons to consider (mostly about Watercolor)

This is an immaculate place and the whole family enjoyed it. It is really a 2 bedroom and has a very small room, really a large closet, with a bunk bed that works for 2 kids. The location is amazing and a short walk to the beach. This Publix is amazing and a 4 minute drive away. Also the Seaside center (and Pickles!) is a 7 minute walk away. Also very close to the Boathouse that has a nice, quiet pool and you can rent a kayak which was fun. A few items to know:- the porch is facing the street and also facing the back of the Watercolor Inn, so there’s traffic and in the mornings sometimes delivery trucks pulling up to the Watercolor Inn in the distance with plenty of beeping sounds ad nauseum - the Watercolor Clubhouse is very crowded, very. You’ll walk around looking for chairs. - the Watercolor Beach Club and Camp Watercolor for some reason do not allow coolers! My niece tried to walk in with a protein shake she made at her place and wasn’t allowed in! The HOA should take a look at this. The food at the Watercolor Beach Club is average at best and you pay a premium. We don’t mind paying a premium for good food and service. - the condo provides an umbrella and some chairs and you’ll maybe want to use it for the beach; on the beach they charge quite a lot for one umbrella and 2 chairs for 1 day.So overall 4 stars if all this works for you as a whole.
