Perfect getaway

Right on the beach, walking distance to a few eateries. The bike paths are great and allow to get all the way to Seaside. Very family friendly environment.

We enjoyed our fast get away to the beach and loved the view from our condo. Cozy and a short walk to some of our favorite restaurants. NO better view than from this place. We will be back for sure.

Blue Mountain Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location if you want a more quiet spot than you would get nearer to Seaside. Construction wrapped up on our last day but it didnt bother us too much. Appreciate that they are working to maintain the units. The view and being steps from the beach was A+

We love Blue Mountain Beach and this first story condo was perfect. Easy to walk to everything. We enjoyed the included bikes. It was the most well-appointed condo we have ever rented. Beds were comfortable. I loved being able to have my coffee on the back patio and then just walk onto the beach. It’s very quiet too.

Last Minute Get-Away

This corner condo on the ground floor was perfect for a spur-of-the-moment trip with my husband. The accommodations were comfortable and the Gulf views spectacular. We especially appreciated the ample space in the two bathrooms. You just can't beat the white sands and turquoise waters of this stretch of Florida Gulf front...and without the crowds. We were also impressed with many new culinary options in the area as well. We're ready to go back!

Winter weekend getaway

This was a very pleasant surprise of a last minute rental for a quick getaway. The unit is bigger than most we have found beach front. Comfortable bed and large bathrooms. Shower/tub dated but ok. Patio furniture the best we've ever had. Beach access not as steep as many in the area. We will be back.

2023 Vacay

The property was under remodel at the time of our stay. This was due to overruns from the contractors. Instead of having to cancel our vacay. We were offered a very generous rebate along with the opportinity to stay.. We were able to have a great vacay inspite of everything, with a minimal amount of disruption! Thank you Blue Mountain Villas. VRBO, and 30A for yet another great set of family memories!!
