Great stay on 30A!

This property was wonderful! Super clean, quiet, nice and roomy for our family of 6! We loved that you could access the beach quickly but also could get to the main FL highway quickly too for grocery store runs, etc. The use of the golf cart was such an added plus and gave us some extra sweet family time running to get ice cream or dinner! Thanks for a great vacation spot!

Perfect spot

I can't say enough about our yearly trip here. The location is perfect. A short golf ride to the beach- shopping and great restaurants. My 2 girls love the golf cart rides a. The condo has anything/everything you need when you come in from a long day at the beach. We plan on going here every year.

Great Stay on 30A!

A friend and I wanted to take our daughters on a Spring Break trip before they leave for college and we stayed at Dune Allen Beach. The condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out and have privacy, but it could easily house more people. It is an easy walk to the public beach and a short drive to anything you need. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Perfect stay!

Excellent condo. Clean and stocked as described. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was 1 eye on stove was not working and oven was not working but owner was there later in the morning to see.

Great Condo

The condo was spacious, clean and decorated nicely. All the basic kitchen and laundry items were there and accessible. Communication was prompt and responsive. We will be back and highly recommend.

Great space

This condo worked perfectly. Away from busyness but close enough to get to anything we wanted on 30a. The golf cart was a most have and worked amazingly. Gave us access to the areas and parking easier.

Good facility

This is a good property and good value. My wife and I are both 80 and in good health. This is a second story unit with about 20 fairly steep steps. We. Managed fine but for older couples not in good physical condition it could be a challenge. The showers are in a tub and the sides of the tube are high, no handrails. I would strongly suggest the owners correct this safety issue before renting again. Two safety rails in each shower would add tremendous safety. Management was excellent. Unit issues were quickly addressed and fixed. Repair folks were nice and helpful. This is a clean and nicely located unit. About half mile from beach with three public accesses easy to reach. Great for younger couples. Easily sleeps 7-8. Kitchen is really well stocked, could use 4-5 more forks and knives. We would not rent again but only because of second floor and safety issues in the bath. Overall a really nice place 4.5/5

EXCELLENT CONDO!

Great location - near the beach but easy to get to Destin/down 30A. Property is clean and well maintained. Make sure you rent the golf cart - worth it! Quiet property with clean amenities. No issues whatsoever. Great value!!!

Beautiful, spacious, clean

We were very, very happy with our first visit to Topsail Village. We truly felt like we were at home away from home! Everything was so clean and comfortable! We loved our short walk to the beach! We will be back!
