Located on the west end of the top floor of Grand Playa, an eight unit, four story condominium, in Seagrove Beach, this unit features stunning sunset views and overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,000 square foot unit was professionally designed.

The renovated kitchen includes quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and all stainless steel appliances. A built in wine cooler was also installed so guests can chill their beverages or favorite bottle of wine. * Grand Playa is a non-smoking property. No Smoking in the condos, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
* Vehicle Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, watercraft, golf carts or large vans permitted
* Rental Agreement: Must be signed to avoid cancellation without refund
* Note: Property may have date restrictions
* Golf carts are not permitted on the property per the HOA. Violators will be towed at guests expense

Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood. Excessive noise, vulgar language, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
