Amazing! Perfect! 10 out of 10!

Everything about this property was amazing. We had 10 adults and there was more than enough room. The beds were all very comfortable, plenty of seating and the views were incredible. It was walking distance from Multiple beach access points and using the golf cart and bikes make getting to Red Bar very easy.

The Perfect Place

We were thrilled with our stay. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. We were able to cook easily with appliances, cook wear, utensils, etc. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautiful, the decks had great views of the sunset every night and it was a quiet street. We will be back for sure!

Beyond Expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of this house afforded each of our kids to have not only their own room with large bath, but their own floor level. Each room has a balcony. Their are tv's in all room, two of everything....washer/dryer, dishwashers. The house is a dream to cook either inside or outside. We spent many a night on the rooftop enjoying the stars and views of the ocean. We were only a block from the beach. While there is no beach chair rental at this beach, the owners have supplied beach chairs including wagons to carry your beach items. The pool while not large could easily accommodate 5 of us. We will definitley be back!

Gorgeous Grayton Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is fabulous with everything you could ever need or want in a beach home (except for pot holders- lol). The views are really great!! The walk to the beach is not bad. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart, beach chairs, & bikes!! Only negative, and not the fault of the mgt company or owners, was the tea-colored water that Grayton Beach had during our entire stay. The recent storms caused tannins to seep from the water inlets that are on either side of Grayton’s beach. This made the water look murky even though we were told it was safe to swim. Luckily, we utilized the golf cart to make the 8-10 minute drive over to Blue Mtn Public beach . This water was incredibly clear despite Gratyton’s ice tea-colored water. As lovely and well-appointed as this home is, I would not stay here due to the beach in the future. Also, need to give a BIG shout out to the Mgt Company- they are super responsive and remedied the few minor issues we had very quickly! We will definitely use them again!

Convenient 5-minute walk to the beach, and with beautiful gulf & sunset views from the top floor deck. The bedrooms were super comfortable, the bathrooms very luxurious, and a gourmet kitchen with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff at 30A Luxury Vacation were very attentive and responded quickly to an issue with the golf cart. Would definitely rent this house again and have a high trust level with the staff at 30A Luxury Vacations who were always quick to respond to every question.

5 Day Stay

The property was in a great location and in very clean. The main issue we dealt with was that it as very tough to get into contact with the management company. We could only leave messages, in the hopes to receive a call back. In one case, we needed air pressure if the golf cart the property provided and though we received a call back letting us know that maintenance will come help..maintenance never came. We had to drive around (not being familiar with the area) for 2 hours before we found a place that would let us fill air in the golf cart. We also had some issues with the pool (kept flashing red), the outdoor grill was very, very dirty, and the outlets in the bedroom/bathroom on the 3rd floor did not work. Other than that the property was great and made our stay in seaside feel very homey.

Amazing House!

I stayed at this property for a long weekend trip with 14 friends in May and this house was everything we needed and more! Pool was a bit small but house had so many other areas to hang and was in close proximity to beach that it didn't impact our stay for the 4 day trip. Overall the layout of this house was incredible and all finishes were amazing!

The response to what few needs we had was outstanding, with courteous and attentive service. The house was what we saw in the pictures, with great access to the beach area and just the room and layout we needed for our entire group. The kitchen and living room area was obviously designed for groups of our size and the cooking and food storage areas were great. Our entire group left feeling like it was a great trip at a great house.

The views are gorgeous and the beach is so close it made everything easy. The pool is more of a dipping pool, but it was perfect after a day at the beach, especially because it's shaded part of the day. The management company and their concierge company made everything so easy and they were definitely the best I've ever worked with on 30A... their app that has all the info you need to the incredibly fast response times put them at the top. Thank you for making our family vacation one of the best we've ever had!!

The appliances are top grade. The beds are dreamy. The views are spectacular. Having the golf cart made it super easy for getting to the beach as well as other places on 30A. This is definitely a 5-star property. We would stay here every time we come in town! Oh, and the management company is super easy to work with and goes above and beyond!
