The winning highlight for us was having an ocean view while our 6month old napped/slept, walking the whole family to coffee and then taking the beach route back to the condo and being able to quickly pack up and be under a beach umbrella in a matter of minutes! Our stay was a total dream.

This is our second year in this unit and we love it! We love the area with all the restaurants that are close. And we love this has a private beach access. The unit is very clean and well maintained!!

We loved being so close to the Point Washington (bike/walking) Trail and in walking distance to small shops and restaurants. It was so relaxing just to walk to the beach without having to lug beach chairs and an umbrella, it was set up for us. The sunset views are amazing and we hope to come back next year.

Perfect location for a girls’ get away. Super clean top floor center condo with spacious patio to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. Very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Due to several days of rain, we were unable to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but did have some opportunities to walk acrosss the street and down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels clean and fresh. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

We've stayed in condos at this same property for 11 years now, and this unit is the most organized one we've ever seen. Someone really took a lot of time to label absolutely everything!

This condo was perfect for my daughter and me. It was very clean and well organized and we had everything we needed. It is a very short & easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend renting or bringing bikes - the bike path on 30A is fantastic! The Sunrise Coffee Shop in the building next door has delicious coffee & pastries plus sandwiches & some good beach drinks, and just a couple of buildings beyond that (easily walkable) is a great ice cream & candy shop. We loved our stay and would definitely book this condo again!

The convenient location right on a popular walking/biking trail was wonderful. Many restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance. There are also several state parks nearby that were worth the visit. This condo is exactly as listed. The kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals and there are plenty of bath towels provided. The view is beautiful. We could sit on the sofa and watch the dolphins jumping in the gulf. Amazing! There is a private beach access right across the road. We checked out many beaches during our stay and had to agree that our beach was the best!!

We always enjoy our stay at Gulfplace! This was the first time staying in this cabana. Very easy access to the beach and all our favorite places to visit. This cabana had a great view and we would love to stay here again.. BUT.. the bed was absolutely terrible. My husband and I left a night early because of it. We were hoping for a relaxing stay, celebrating our last getaway before becoming a family of three, but did not get much sleep. Hotel beds are better! If the king sized bed was updated, we would be visiting twice a year. But because of this, we will be staying at a different cabana in a few months.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. Great location for walkability to restaurants and beach right across street couldn't be more convenient. Condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable and view from deck of the ocean was great! Beach was beautiful. Daily chair service on the beach was great and very affordable. Had a super nice relaxing vacation and will definitely return to the area and rebook this unit again.

Nice small unit just right for 2 people. We were familiar with area so no surprises with traffic. Private beach was not noted in advertising, but was excellent surprise and ocean was clear this visit. Only downside was that building is older, so walls are thin, we had a few neighbors who partied a little later than we would like and you could hear them. Overall a very good experience.

This property is adorable well decorated clean everything you need right there, beach across the street. My favorite part was the porch, has a great view. Would recommend this for a couple anytime. Pictures look like the property, I like that as sometimes they do not.
