Wonderful Stay at Gulf Place

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. Great location for walkability to restaurants and beach right across street couldn't be more convenient. Condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable and view from deck of the ocean was great! Beach was beautiful. Daily chair service on the beach was great and very affordable. Had a super nice relaxing vacation and will definitely return to the area and rebook this unit again.

This is our second year in this unit and we love it! We love the area with all the restaurants that are close. And we love this has a private beach access. The unit is very clean and well maintained!!

We enjoyed the condo amenities especially the heated pool, the view and the beach feel. The decorations really gave it a sense of place. We ran into one snag and that was the elevators did not work for 17 days of our month stay. It was really difficult for 75 year olds to navigate 6 flights of stairs for grocery shopping etc. Once the elevator worked it was wonderful. We would return again.

Great location with a beautiful view

The convenient location right on a popular walking/biking trail was wonderful. Many restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance. There are also several state parks nearby that were worth the visit. This condo is exactly as listed. The kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals and there are plenty of bath towels provided. The view is beautiful. We could sit on the sofa and watch the dolphins jumping in the gulf. Amazing! There is a private beach access right across the road. We checked out many beaches during our stay and had to agree that our beach was the best!!

Nice small unit just right for 2 people. We were familiar with area so no surprises with traffic. Private beach was not noted in advertising, but was excellent surprise and ocean was clear this visit. Only downside was that building is older, so walls are thin, we had a few neighbors who partied a little later than we would like and you could hear them. Overall a very good experience.

We loved staying here and plan to again! It was clean, well stocked, and even had beach toys for the kids! We loved the private beach and the kids loved the pool at night. It had a pretty water view even though it wasn’t on the beach! It was comfortable and affordable! Close to shopping and a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful place! We loved the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The winning highlight for us was having an ocean view while our 6month old napped/slept, walking the whole family to coffee and then taking the beach route back to the condo and being able to quickly pack up and be under a beach umbrella in a matter of minutes! Our stay was a total dream.
