Welcome to your happy place! Allen’s Dune on 30A is a classic, colorful, old Florida style family beach house that will make you smile the moment you walk through the door. This very cool South Walton getaway boasts 4 bedrooms - 2 with king beds, 4 baths, and a large open family room that flows into the dining area and newly remodeled kitchen. The large, renovated kitchen has new, white cabinets, and beautiful, sparkling new countertops. You also have dual views from the kitchen, one of Oyster Lake, to the north, and the amazing Gulf of Mexico to the south.

You’ll love having your own private beach boardwalk for sunrise, sunset or moonlit walks on the beach with that special someone. Great Location Makes Up for Everything

We loved the location and the quietness away from all the Spring Breakers. The house was convenient to every thing and it was wonderful having a view of the Gulf and the Lake. The description said the house had 4 baths. In fact it has 4 toilets and 2 bathtub/showers. This is not 4 baths! I would NEVER have rented this had I known the true situation. However the home was lovely and we had a wonderful time. My only other concern is the beds only had a sheet on them....no blanket or spread. We had a cool spell and had to dig around to find blankets to keep warm. The blankets were in the house just not put on the beds.

Allen's Dune was the perfect property for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the views. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for a great week at the beach!!!

Santa Rosa Beach Relaxation

The house we had was a “veteran” house but just like it was described in the listing. It could stand to be updated, but it met our needs. We enjoyed the location and really appreciated absolutely no crowds on the beach. It was like a private beach most of the time.
