AWESOME PROPERTY

This was an amazing property!! my only complaint, which they had no control over, was the fact that we had 18 people and ZERO wifi. Very inconvenient, but they offered for whoever needed it, to go by the realty office and utilize the wifi there. Great location...hoping to book again!!

Best location ever

We’ve stayed at many places on 30A over the years and this place was by far the best location and the biggest pool. House was very clean and large enough for our party of 8 adults and 5 children. A couple of things were broken/not working in the house but these were minor and didn’t affect our stay. The outdoor kitchen we absolutely loved but it could use a little TLC. All being said, we would definitely stay there again mainly due to outdoor kitchen, lagoon in back with dock, easy access to beach with no steps, and large pool.

Beautiful home, terrible management team

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolute perfect house in the perfect location. Issues were with so many advertised features that did not work, and there was no attempt on the part of Dune Allen Realty to fix ANY of them. First noticed when we were unpacking the car that the elevator did not work. Rented a home with elevator because one of our party is semi disabled. Two of the three kitchen ovens were non-functioning. The outdoor kitchen was a huge selling point..grill did not work at all. Bathroom door on main level did not work...kids (11, 7, & 6) needed an adult to open the door every time they used it. Called Dune Allen about all issues. People we spoke with were extremely rude and dismissive. They did send a maintenance worker out the next day. Was told that the elevator was just stuck between floors and that the company would be out the next day to fix as it just needed re-set....never showed or heard from. The complaint about the ovens and the outdoor kitchen was..."You still have one oven to use." With a party of 11, we always cook most meals at home. One oven is not adequate to cook for 11. No repair person ever came to check on issues. Was told that the rollers in the track of the bathroom door had just broken and that they would order new...There was a groove worn in the floor proving that the door had not been working for probably years. When the maintenance worker was there, he told us that the home had just sold the week before, and that was why things were not being repaired. Obviously, when we rented the property Dune Allen knew about all these issues and also knew that nothing would be done about anything. I completely understand that things break and need fixed. But when there is absolutely NO effort to give us the features we had paid dearly for, and it is so obvious that the realtor knew these issues a year prior when we had rented the house, the dishonesty is appalling.
