Everything was good. We just had issues with the main TV controls. Contacted you and you immediately sent over someone to fix it. The thermostat on the first level didn't work so it was a bit warmer on first floor only, but not bad. The home was gorgeous!

Wonderful stay for a wedding!

We came to Seaside for a wedding, where the ceremony took place at Seaside chapel and the reception at the Lyceum lawn. We picked this spot for the close proximity to the wedding locations and were not disappointed as we were a one to two minute walk away from all the festivities. We also really enjoyed how close the location was to seaside square and made getting to any restaurant very easy. The house itself is wonderful. Very clean with lots of space. The circular staircase is a bit steep but there is a regular staircase as well from floor 1 to 2. The bedroom on the first floor is large and nice and the doors open up to a cute courtyard. The other bedrooms were also very accommodating. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Unsolved internet & tv issues

The location & cleanliness of the property was perfect. However, we did not have internet or tv the entirety of our stay. We reached out to the property manager & tried to help at first. The issue went unresolved our whole trip and no one reached back out to see if they could help.

Thank you for the memories!

Our last spring break to Seaside was a success!! The house is at excellent location and even more beautiful than the photos. Kitchen equipped with all what we needed to cook home cooked meals. Plenty of room and spacious for all 8 teenagers (ages 16 and 17). The host made it easy for check-in / check-out and very responsive with any of our questions. Love the complimentary bikes!! The spiral staircase is a lot of steps. Walk slowly and carefully. In case you are wondering on the bedroom layouts: Bottom floor (4 bunk beds + bathroom + king bedroom). 2nd floor common area kitchen / dining/ living room / powder bathroom). 3rd floor 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 4th floor 2 twin beds. Some of the plug outlets were not conveniently located. Recommend bringing power strip outlets or extension cords to make it easier to charge phones. Highly recommend and would book again!!
