The Space:

Welcome to Palms B7 by Kismet Properties of 30A!

This charming third-floor unit offers a cozy retreat with one bedroom, custom-built bunks, a pullout sofa, and two full baths. The renovated space features an upgraded kitchen and a private balcony — perfect for morning coffee before a day at the beach.



IMPORTANT: There is active construction on the lot next door to the complex.

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.
