The full-size kitchen, just off the dining room, is equipped with granite countertops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and a dishwasher—providing everything you need for cooking. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity, along with a laundry area featuring a full-size washer and dryer tucked under the counter. The home also includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
The first floor also features the king primary bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV and double doors that open onto the screened-in front porch. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity is located on this level as well. Stairs lead up to a sleeping loft with a queen bed, accommodating two more guests.
