Legacy 202 is in a gated, 16-unit condo with gorgeous panoramic views of the beach. A walk to fine dining and snack spots in Seagrove is a breeze. Grilling downstairs is also a convenient alternative.

The Legacy community provides private beach access just a short walk from the condo. One of the two pools rests beside a beach dune, a wonderful space, complete with comfy lounge chairs. An elevator is in the condo building. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The living space has a large TV, the kitchen island seats 4, and the dining table seats 6. All of this looks out past the sliders to the balcony, where the views are incredible!

A primary bedroom, king, leads out to an enormous balcony. A great place to start, or end, your day. The remaining bedrooms are down the hallway. A guest room, queen, shares a hall bathroom. Another guest room, queen, is connected to the double bunk room through a Jack and Jill bath.

Take one of the bikes to Seaside! It’s less than 10 minutes away. For an ideal 30A vacation, make Legacy 202 your first destination!

We truly enjoyed our time at Legacy 202! Everything was clean and was so spacious!!! The size/privacy of the balcony and the beautiful view were some of our favorite things! We definitely plan on visiting again!

Perfect 30A Location for a Girls Trip!

We have stayed in Legacy before. We loved the second floor location of this unit. The view was just wonderful! Beach was perfect and loved the daily chair service. The mattresses were very comfy with good, basic bedding. The furniture arrangement, placement of decor/pictures, etc. was a bit odd and outdated comparatively speaking with other units. The window coverings need improvement. Bring a sleeping mask if using the first two bedrooms. Nice clean pool. The unit was really clean with the exception of the still sandy floors. The Oversee contact did offer to bring us a new vacuum. I am sure that they will have a new vacuum in place for this upcoming week. The grounds have been much improved over our previous stay. Community grill needs replacement. Guest baths by the pool are still needing deep cleaning & improvement. I would give it a 4.5 of 5! The communication with the property management and the ease of check in was top notch!. Overall, a great stay!

Family fall beach trip 2019

This was an excellent property that exceeded our expectations. Huge condo and living area. The beds were very comfortable . The pictures do not do it justice. Our favorite spot was having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach each morning! Don’t hesitate to stay here! Oversee management company was available at every call for questions and were so accommodating. Exceptional experience.

Clean, Bright Condo in a Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay here. The views are just breathtaking and with floor-to-ceiling windows and the deck, you really get to enjoy the gulf. The place is bright and well laid out with everyone having their own space. The entire complex is clean and the location is close to Seaside. The kitchen is well equiped and the beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back.

Had a great time in Seagrove Beach. Condo was really nice and spacious. No surprises. Everything was clean and working and as advertised. Did not even have to think about contacting management for anything the whole week.
