Nice beach side accomodations

The property is a 3 story condo with the master bedroom upstairs (floor 3). I can't say that part was enjoyable, but it was spacious and clean. Gated community with a private beach as long as you rent chairs. Otherwise you have to go left of the condos into public beach access area.

The condo was great for our family. Teens downstairs and adults in the upstairs master. We liked being so close to the private beach. We enjoyed the ocean and walked the beach in the mornings and evenings and then took breaks back at the condo to relax and recharge.

Family getaway

Great time at the legacy. Great to be close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The only negative is there’s only one parking spot available, even if there’s many other spaces available in the complex. The road noise was a little loud. Overall great stay!

Great location and plenty of space

Our family really enjoyed staying at this town home. There was plenty of space for us to all relax and spread out and the third floor was a great area for me and my wife and our two kids. It was quiet and dark and the 2 bunk beds were a great use of space and our children each had their own bed. There was direct access to the beach so we didn't haver to walk very far. I would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit Sea Grove Beach.

Master mattress was so comfortable. Place could use some updates. (Walls & Carpet). Also if the beach chairs were included with rental that would be good. The public beach was busy with people and the beach area in front of the condos had literally no one. Waste of beach.

Location and rental company(Ocean Reef) we’re great!

Location is what your paying for. Nice unit, but could use a deep cleaning and usual maintenance on some things…showing some wear. WIFI is horrible! HOA president is evil!…park in your assigned space or you’ll be towed! There are 2 associations within the property, thus the Evil woman! Wish the pools were heated….Live and learn!

Our stay was very nice. Need to be more clear on parking we had 2 SUVs and on vrbo it states that you get 2 parking spots. We had to park one vehicle elsewhere 🙄 big inconvenience to us

Updated condo in great location

Overall, this was a great place to call home for a week while we relaxed on the beach. The communication with the rental management company was good - from the texts a day before and throughout our stay to check-out. Most communication was via text, but we did have phone communication during our stay to address one minor issue. Upon arrival, the condo was not as clean as I would have expected. I believe this is all done through a third party, so not a reflection of the property owners, but the carpets were not vacuumed and the master shower appeared dirty with a little bit of mold. This was our ONLY complaint about our stay. The location was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and so close to a ton of wonderful restaurants from Rosemary Beach to Watercolor. The condo itself came with all the amenities we could have wanted and There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet that we utilized on the beach. There were plenty of towels, dishes, extra linens, etc. The pool, though small, was nice and clean and not busy at all. We would definitely stay here again!
