Enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay! Great location to nearby communities. Loved being right on the beach. We were treated great by the staff and they gladly answered any questions we had. We will be back!

Stay at One Seagrove Place

The condition of the pool was less than stellar really needed to be cleaned really good, and a few repairs made to the edges. The boardwalk to the beach needed some repairs. All in all, the stay was good all the personnel were friendly and helpful, and the lobby area was always very clean.

Nice condo.

Bath and bedrooms a little small. Bathroom ceilings could use a little paint as well as bedrooms. Looked like some Sheetrock repairs have been done but we’re not painted. Customer service was great.

Excellent stay!

The views are gorgeous from the main bedroom and living room. Very easy, direct access to the beach, nice pool, friendly front desk staff. The condo was nice and clean, had washer/dryer and all the basics in the kitchen. Some remodeling was going on and they were fixing one of the elevators, but nothing out of the ordinary. Recommend!

Just for your information, the toaster does not work and I would say I wish there were sheets that fit better saying and pop off every time you got in bed but love the stay great week thank you

Weekend Get Away

The space was pretty clean. Walls in master bedroom required painting from repairs being made however this did not interfere with our stay. The basic items were supplied. Communication between rental company and I was great. I was not a fan of the rental company’s rental agreement so changes were made and accepted by them. Overall a relaxing stay.
