Lovely condo, great location

Overall, the condo was very clean, but there was no mattress protector on the master bed, and there were some spots on the comforter. The rest of the condo was spotless.

Clean and comfortable unit

This unit has fantastic upgrades and remodels, new bedding and a more spacious kitchen. Will gladly use VRBO to select out next stay at One Seagrove Place.

Love one Seagrove!

Great location and love updates in lobby and elevators! However, only complaint was it seemed as if A/C wasn’t working in master room. It got really warm each evening despite us turning down thermostat. Seems vent wasn’t working like others. Also the door/lock seems to need to be looked out. We could not get in one evening and due to storm no one was at desk that evening. We called and they had us push/pull door while doing combination and that finally worked. Love kitchen upgrades and shower and mirrors. Bathroom sinks are not super functional.
