We were pleased with everything about the property. The location we love that the guest bedroom was attached to a bathroom. The staff at the facility was welcoming and helpful. We are hopeful we can stay at the exact same property in the future as we come to Santa Rosa Beach on a regular basis

Easy retreat!

So nice to have easy access to the beach just an elevator ride away! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The unit has a coffee pot and a blender, and it was stocked with enough kitchen and bathroom items to last our three night stay (three adults). We rented beach umbrellas and chairs, which were fairly easy to set up ourselves. Great location near recommended restaurants and shopping. Plus, the twelfth floor offers a gorgeous view of the beach and clear emerald water below.

Everything was great, except we were unable to open the sliding door in the living room because it was broken. We had to access the patio through the master bedroom. Otherwise, the unit was very nice.

Fun at the beach!

Great place to stay - very comfortable. Cleaning could have been improved. There was dirty silverware in the drawer and the couch had some crumbs. Just so the owner is aware, I reported a leak in the master bathroom - I think it is the seal for the toilet. There was always a little bit of water by the toilet shortly after I would wipe it up. Also the toilet would run every so often at night. The rubber stopper needs to be replaced or maybe the entire mechanism. I would definitely come back. These are issues that are easily remedied. The view is awesome. Great spot for a vacation!
