We adored this house -- great beds, great pillows, great kitchen. Beautiful open living room / kitchen set up. No active construction nearby any more. Would rent again.

Excellent choice for our family. Everything is in working order, beds are comfy, each room is large and spacious. A short golf cart ride to the east pool and walk across the road, down the boardwalk, and there is the gulf. We will definitely stay here again next year! One major thing to be careful about. I sliced my left arm on the back stairs aluminum top caps coming up the stairs into the screened sitting area. So watch out for those kiddo's fingers and arms.

First time staying on 30A. Grayton Beach was perfect as it wasn’t near as crowded as some of the other beach towns nearby. Our house had more than enough space for our family of five. My three teens loved having their own spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. House was beautiful and very clean. The bicycles and golf cart were definitely an added bonus! Community pool was just steps away. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but the rental company did stay in constant communication, just in case. We had a great experience and would definitely rent this house again!
