Great location to enjoy coffee on the balcony. 5 minute walk to beach and several restaurants. There is an assortment of great food and entertainment at all the local beach towns on 30A. Some highlights:
Seaside: 1.8 miles, cute town with food, drinks and shops.
Rosemary Beach: 6.4 miles, gorgeous town with shops and restaurants.
The Big Chill: 3 miles, pet family friendly pavilion restaurants with large outdoor screen.
Graydon Beach State Park: 8.5 miles,

Place was great. We had one small tub draining issue and the owner had someone over immediately and it was fixed. We chose to use the Santa Clara beach access because it offered parking and restrooms. Our girls road bikes easily to this access. Would stay at this place again.

3bedroom condo walking steps to beach access

Condo location is great and the walking distance to the beach access , shopping and dining was perfect. The condo layout was very comfortable for a family to stay. Check in and access was handled efficiently. However , the exterior front entrance and stairwell was impacted by sand upon arrival and we brought up the concern right away to owner but yet he had a concern with sand inside the home after we checked out. Condo was cleaned but there were some detailed cleaning that needed attention and some preventive maintenance which we brought up upon checkout such as AC filter and AC register were dirty, ceiling fans were dusty, as well as other items. These items were addressed with owner and would recommend addressing them at the beginning of your stay and not upon checkout Seaside is full of shops , restaurants and food trucks and can be very packed during the summer months but worth visiting.

Great place for a family stay

Overall we loved our stay here. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach. There was an issue with the microwave on the first day the the owner was very responsive and handled it right away. It was also nice to have access to a cooler and beach chairs for our stay. The only feedback I would give is that I wish the listing was a little more specific about availability of basic supplies. For a week stay, we were only provided with one extra garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. That is fine if it is not going to be provided, but it should be listed on the posting so that we could have planned accordingly. In addition the posting on-line said that check out was at 11:00am, but the information in the condo said that check out was at 10:00am. That should be consistent for planning as well.
