Home away from home

The home was so lovely. The owners did a great job thinking of all the details to make this a wonderful stay. The property is a short walk to the beach and pool. Great location on a cul-de-sac! I would highly recommend this home for vacation.

Travis and Josh were amazing

Beautiful property, very well maintained, overstocked kitchen with all you need to prepare great meals. Access to beach was perfect and location was just far enough away from Seaside that my 16 yo son and his friends could go hang out but not be right in the middle of the craziness of Spring Break. There were couple of issues during our stay but Travis or Josh responded almost immediately. Highly recommend-

Wonderful Family Girls’ Trip!

The “Sunny Seagrove” home was just wonderful! The home was a perfect fit for this beach community with beautiful home decor, landscaping, back patio pergola, and outdoor dining area. We enjoyed being able to use both beach umbrellas provided by the house as well as the beach chairs. The home offered spacious living with cozy bedrooms and living room space. Although we never got around to using the bikes, we did rent a golf cart from the golf cart rental place right around the corner - it was perfect! We enjoyed riding the golf cart to the Seaside community for dinner each evening. The public beach access areas weren’t but a 2-3 minute walk which is one of the best parts! Also, the pool was a great option after a long day at the beach to cool down and swim! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a nice stay with quick and easy access to the beach! What a wonderful family girls trip we had made that much more special by our wonderful stay!

Good Times in a Great Place

When a place fulfills what you had been looking for, the experience makes for great memories. We were two couples in our 60s who wanted to spend a week together enjoying some warmer weather and quiet times relaxing. The open floor plan of kitchen, dining and living rooms made it easy to make and enjoy meals, have conversation, watch a movie together, etc. Everything was clean and perfect upon arrival. Lots of good cookware and kitchen accoutrement. Provided were four perfect bikes for us - fat tires, 3 speeds, comfortable seats, locks - which we enjoyed on a 15 mile round trip ride down to Rosemary Beach and back, and getting into Seaside (about a mile away). The street (about 1 block long) was quiet, and just a couple minutes walk across Rte 30A and 100 yds down to beach access - which we used for seeing the sunsets as Thanksgiving week weather was on the bit-cool side for sitting on the beach. Pool area (shared for the block of homes, i believe) looked nice but being off-season we did not use. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very nice, felt very spacious all around. Extra blankets, plenty of towels, etc. We liked sitting ourdoors in the afternoon on very well kept and comfortable wicker furniture with cushions. Communication with property management was excellent - very responsive (in minutes not hours or days) - and our few questions were answered and we had no issues. Thanks for sharing a great home space for good times together.
