Fabulous house!

The photos do not do the house justice. It’s much nicer. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Love that they had plenty of supplies like trash bags, detergent and bath soap.

GREAT!!! Book this home

Very beautiful, spacious house that is very close to the beach. It has all the amenities you need including a swimming pool, golf cart and bikes. Good restaurants and ice cream shop within walking distance. Hollie was very responsive and accommodating. My family had a great time!

Perfect trip!

We stayed here for 3 nights and the house was exactly as described. Owner and the concierge were very responsive to anything we needed or anything that came up. Balloons and food were delivered for our celebration. Beautiful pool area perfect for grilling and hanging out. The beach is just down the street. The ice cream shop was across the road and SO good. Would stay here again and again.

30a beach girls home

This is our second stay at this property so obviously we enjoy it here. It is easy walk to the beach and loads of restaurants! I prefer the quieter part of 30a away from seaside and rosemary. This summer they included free bonfires with your stay and it was so much fun. Enjoy the golf cart and bikes and of course the pool. Kids alearedy asking to go back for fall break....Im thinking we should too.

LOVE!!!

What an amazing trip! The house was so comfortable, and the kitchen was absolutely incredible. We ended up spending more time in the pool than at the beach—it was so hot that week! 30A Beach Girls truly thought of everything once again, from extra bikes and a wagon to arranging two nights with a chef and a movie night! We had an absolute blast at the bonfire night, and we loved that they took pictures and provided so many delicious treats to enjoy. This is by far our favorite house yet, and the creamery just steps away became our nightly tradition. We can't wait for 2025! - Christine, Nikki & families

The property lived up to its expectations and more.

This house was amazing for our friend reunion. Sharing a house with all adults and everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. So much space that you didn't have to be in each other's space if you needed a break. The girls at 30a beach girls helped us with planning our pontoon, a chef and balloon decorations. I wish I could put pictures in my review. It was spectacular! The included bonfire was so much fun! I would recommend this house this amazing group of women and your hosts and would stay here again. We could not have been happier, 30a Beach Girls thank you!!!!

Wow! What an amazing property. Nine of us gathered for our annual trip away -- and we could not have been happier with the space. There are SO many wonderful things about this property -- and plenty of places to hang out with everyone, the kitchen OMG the kitchen. And, of course, the outdoor space was everything the listing shows it to be. We spent the majority of our time in the pool or just hanging outside by it. This home was a total win! And, it was so conveniently close to the beach, blue mountain bakery CINNAMON ROLLS!-- and included bikes, a golf cart and a BONFIRE!! A BONFIRE!!! We had so many s'mores and loved that night. I couldn't believe it included a bonfire! We hope to come back again!

INCREDIBLE!

This home was the best choice! We waited so long to book a home but so glad we did! The home was perfect. Kitchen was stocked perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the bunks. Laundry second floor saved my back!! Private pool ion the back and the beach a few steps away. We made a nightly trip to the creamery and we are missing it! The golf cart came in handy we didn't ride the bikes. Time flew by. We loved the bonfire night, there was a mariachi band that played. It was crazy fun! Hollie and Al were the hosts and so incredibly kind. This was an experience unlike anything we've had on 30a before. We can't wait to book again. I have never written a review this long but this trip was incredible.

Amazingly Beautiful Home, Best Hosts!

30a Beach Girls, Daisy & Hollie were hands down the best hosts I have ever experienced renting a vacation home. I had a large group coming and asked so many questions ahead of the trip about what was available at the home that we could use. Daisy was not lying about a fully stocked kitchen, we had everything necessary to cook for a large group of "foodies". They were so flexible with check-in times and check-out times (and zero "to-do's" for check-out), left a nice note with wine/flowers, and reached out ahead of the stay so we had their contact information if we needed anything. And don't get me started on the pool and beach... especially how nice the back patio pool was to hang out. I could go on and on! For those that are deep in their online research about where to stay, look no further! Many thanks to Hollie and Daisy for putting up with my questions and for helping me pull off an amazing trip :)

Relaxing beach getaway

Our family had an amazing stay at Skinny Love! The location was unbeatable, house was really clean and comfortable and the amenities were great! The management company was very responsive and good with all communications. We highly recommend staying at an AvantStay property. We can't wait to return to this property in the near future!

Perfect beach house perfect hosts

I have stayed at many VBRO'S before but this is the first time I felt the need to write a review. This house is perfect. Great location close to the beach. The house is loaded with anything you will possibly need. A huge added bonus, ALL the beds are extremely comfortable. Pool was clean and fun. They have thought of everything. 30a beach girls picked us up from the airport, had our groceries picked up and put away, set up a taco bar for our arrival complete with yummy margaritas. Then on our last night we had the included bonfire and let me just say how could you ever vacation without a beach bonfire?! it was so much fun! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Backyard Oasis

Our family felt incredibly fortunate to experience a stay at this exquisite oasis, mere steps from the beach. The heated private pool added a touch of luxury to our evenings, making them exceptionally relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in, providing all the necessities for a delightful culinary experience. Although our trip was regrettably cut short due to illness, the time we spent was perfect, and we were grateful to stay at a second home to make up for the first half. Thank you once again for facilitating a beautiful and relaxing stay!

Great space and location, 5 STAR!

Had such an amazing stay at this property. It's less than a block away from the best part of the area, the BEACH! The beach was never overcrowded. Hosts provided us an excellent chair service. So incredibly convenient to walk or take a short ride (bikes or golf cart) to the best spots Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mabel, Creamery, Redfish Taco. Margarittas at Redfish were the BEST! The home itself is beautiful and was very comfortable for our group, bunk room was perfect for our teens. Kitchen was the main hang indoors and the open concept allowed for countless hours of fun and togetherness. The pool was lovely and there was comfortable patio furniture to lounge in. Great communication from the host 30a Beach Girls as well, who treated us to a bonfire! Wonderful group of ladies who go all out when you request info. Will book again!

The house Skinny Love was even better than advertised, better than pictures. The house was clean and welcoming with everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard with pool and grilling is ideal to entertain your family / friends. The kitchen of my goodness it is so beautiful! Functional and beautiful. LOVE!!! I recommend anyone looking for at staying in 30a to book The Skinny Love. My teens love your sign btw they took so many selfies with it, my daughter loves the retro vibe. Hollie, Kellie and Jada was super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Exceeded all expectations!

The first words out of everyone's mouths as they walked in were "WOW"! We were excited about our stay but it exceeded all expectations. Great communication, plenty of room, very clean, pool was amazing, beach was so close, bikes and golf cart were fun and made for interesting adventures (what happens at the beach stays at the beach), great time! The kitchen was a dream! I spent so much time in there, I haven't cooked that much in along time but how could you not in such an amazing kitchen! We will be back!

Had a terrific time the property was beyond expectations, the kids had lots of swimming time.

The reservation process and communication beforehand, during and after were perfect. No bad surprise when we got there (clean, beautiful, cart, bikes as described). Excellent location to do activities nearby and walk around in Blue Mountain. Creamery was our nightly ritual. Thank you Hollie, Emily and Holly for a great stay.

Premium accommodations with a wonderful management company

The house was incredible. We were so at peace here. The property had everything we needed including games for family night. They literally thought of everything. Kelly and Hollie were great in communicating with me and helping me set up met grocery pickup, a surprise for a family member and renting electric bikes. After a heavy rain shower the pool turned green, I texted Hollie and she had a pool tech over in a few hours. I would highly recommend staying in this home and using 30a Beach Girls. 5 star rating for sure!!!

Wonderful House for a Getaway

Everybody had an amazing time, and we've been talking about making it an annual trip! The kids kept saying that this was their favorite vacation ever, so kudos for being able to top Disney World haha! Kelly and Hollie the host was VERY fast with communication and accommodated some last-minute requests upon our arrival with no hesitation. 10/10 would recommend for your next family gathering-- thank you 30a Beach Girls!

Beautiful Vacation Home, Best Service

4th summer with 30a Beach Girls! Terrific house! Very large. All rooms are spacious, nicely decorated....awesome mattresses! The house is unbelievably well stocked with utensils, cooking pans, dinner ware, toaster, coffee maker, laundry soap, plus more..... the pool, and outdoor area were wonderful. Golf cart and bikes were used every day. Hollie helped with every question and scheduled some activities 30a Pontoon was incredible! Cant believe we've been missing gout on boating all these years! The house is even larger than the photos! A great place for a family vacation. Thank you Hollie staying with you every summer has been the greatest vacations!

THE BEST PLACE!!!

IM SO SORRY!! WE RENTED 2 HOUSES ONE WAS YOURS THE OTHER A NEIGHBORS THEIR COUCH WAS BAD!! YOURS WAS PERFECT!! Im so very sorry I was leaving that review and had the houses mixed up, the neighboring house has the sucky couch. This house was perfect. It's all brand new and well cared for. What do I do?? So very very sorry. Skinny Love is excellent!!! House was spotless, grocery delivery, pool very clean, golf cart was perfect, bikes amazing, grill awesome. Im so sorry only read this review!! Im so sorry. I cant find a way to delete it!~

Great time

Loved the house and the proximity to everything. Would return however a bit of feedback to the homeowner, couch needs replaced. Its broken down and needs to be tossed to a burn pile. For the amount of money I paid I would expect more. Appreciated the communication with management, delivery of our groceries and the extra services we requested. 5 stars!! Couch needs to go!

Beyond anything we expected! Will return.

You will NOT be disappointed if you book this house! The pictures don't do it justice. Bikes, golf cart and pool were wonderful! Anything you need, they will take care of it. It is steps or a bike ride to the gorgeous beach. Thanks so much for everything! The place was gorgeous and we really enjoyed the bikes and golf cart. The balloons for my husband were so appreciated! We will definitely be back ❤️

Absolutely AMAZING, Incredible spot and home!

This 30a beach girls home was so clean and well cared for - it looks exactly like the photos. We went for an extended family trip. The common spaces were so great for everyone to hang out in, and we were all blown away by how quiet it was in each bedroom, it allowed for anyone who wanted to sneak away from the group early or sleep in later to do so with no problem. Beautiful back patio ideal for entertaining, the pool was great and refreshing after hours on the beach. I honestly can't recommend this house enough, would absolutely stay here again! And the property manager Holli was great, so quick to respond and very easy to work with, booked us a pontoon and a bonfire.
