After you book you will receive an email with a link to pre- order your groceries. You will get a promo code to put in that will give you $100 credit towards your groceries. On the day of your check-in a shopper will shop your groceries, deliver and put them away for you before your arrival. Orders must be made 72 hours in advance.
This promo is good for new reservations made after January 30th, 2025 for bookings checking in March 1st, 2025- April 30th, 2025.

This little hidden gem is beautifully decorated in the heart of Seaside! The people at Concierge Cottage were absolutely amazing to work with! The beds were very comfortable, and the AC definitely worked which was nice after long hot days on the beach! We really loved it here! The only thing I would change is the amount of people from other complex’s and houses on the beach! I am not typically a “private” beach supporter but it seemed like the eay access to the beach brought a larger crowd then should have been out there! We will definitely stay in this sweet little condo again!

Perfect week long getaway for my family

This condo was perfect and was very well appointed. Excellent location with the best ocean view and access to the beach! Such a beautifully decorated condo and stocked with all the necessities for making it feel like home away from home. Appreciated that there was a coffee pot and keurig with filters, coffee and sugar available!!! Thank you!!!All appliances and fixtures were new and in perfect working order! This was a nice spacious condo for the four of us and we loved our time here. Communication in reserving our vacation was also fantastic!!!
