Perfect In Every Way

We absolutely loved this condo! Lots of space for everyone to sleep and sit! Clean, can see the ocean, and we were at the beach in minutes by walking across the street! Perfect location… beach, pools, restaurants all in walking distance. Those in charge of the property were easy to work with, very helpful, and responsive! The link they send you provides lots of suggestions and information. The condo was full of extras so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying them! I would highly recommend this condo, and we plan on returning!

The perfect place and the perfect beach!!! Love Gulf Place. Everything is super nice here and the beach is right across the road. Can’t wait till we come back!

Unexpected construction

We didn’t stay here. At check-in, discovered there was scaffolding and stairwell construction immediately outside the entry door and primary bedroom. The roof above the balcony was being additionally supported with joist jacks. While the unit was clean, the upholstery was not fresh. The agent, Theresa, was exceptionally helpful in finding us a good alternative on a Saturday evening. Kudos to her and her team. All-in-all, it was just an inconvenience. Knowing circumstances ahead of time could have avoided it. Still, not the end of the world. A measure of a good company can be how it deals with problems. They did well.

Perfect Gulf Place Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. A unique feature is they added a built-in bunk to the second bedroom which made it so all my kids (four) were able to sleep in one bedroom, which they really enjoyed. Condo was clean, well-stocked, decor was nicely updated, view from the balcony was great, and we appreciated the bin of beach toys/chairs/cart on the balcony.

Wowzers!!

I was so impressed by yhe pictures and and the comfort it gave to house a big family. However, the pictures did not give it justice. The place was wonderful and gave plenty of room and space for 8 (2 adults and 6 kids). The location was perfect as well. You could see the ocean from the balcony and shops right next door.

Very pleased.

Easy process. Everything was as expected. Beautiful, walkable area including shops and restaurants. Loved the new key-code gate for private beach access. Great pool, grill area, and other amenities. Beautiful condominium cleverly and attractively decorated and appointed. Loved the king bed, plus large bunk beds, in the second bedroom. We had a great experience and a wonderful time in Santa Rosa at GulfPlace Caribbean.
