Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo community last year so we knew we would love the location (easy beach access and pool). However, the items provided were very scarce. Only one roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom? The most disappointing part was that the TV didn’t work. Benchmark was quick to respond when I asked (on our first day) and said it was an issue with the TV company and they were waiting on new cable boxes but we never heard anything else. The TVs wouldn’t even connect to our phones to let us AirPlay. We have a two year old and it made our stay much more stressful because we had no way to just let him chill for 30 minutes to watch an episode of Daniel Tiger. Very frustrating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time in Seagrove and we loved this location. The first floor condo was perfect for our family of 4 - easy access to the beach and restaurants, plus walking distance to Turbo Coffee and Free People! The decor was very up to date and the place gave all the necessary amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this condo (A101) and would stay again in a heart beat. BenchMark did a great job with checking in with us via email/text to make sure we had what we needed. Top notch rental company for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the condo except the TV swevice. The whole building is switching service to fiber optics and the management company could not help when we lost totally TV service . We talked to other units and they had the new boxes . But the unit was close to the pool and Bert clean.
