Fully furnished, comfortable and with attention to detail, it can comfortably accommodate 4
people.
Located in the central area, it is within walking distance of all daily necessities such as: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, tourist medical service, church, bank, post office, town hall. local police, tourist information office.
On foot you can easily reach: the tourist port, the central square and the famous 'Rena Bianca' beach (600 meters).
The apartment has an independent entrance, a 'private' parking space just below the house and
is structured as follows:
Living room with kitchen and dining table, double sofa bed and terrace; large bedroom with 4-door wardrobe and balcony, bathroom with shower.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS:
Daily and / or weekly prices in euros include, in addition to the use of the apartment, also the consumption of electricity, gas and water. (there is a condominium water reserve, in case there was a water emergency)
Final cleaning - 65 euros per stay.
Security deposit - mandatory - 220 euros which will be withheld and then returned after departure, directly from the site, after checking the condition of the property and the furnishings.
It is the duty of the guest to leave the apartment in decent condition (bathroom, bedroom, living room). In particular, the kitchen must be delivered clean (plates, cutlery, pots, utensils and hob) the fridge must be completely emptied and clean and the garbage duly removed. Separate waste collection is active in the country, which must be followed, according to the instructions that will be hung next to or behind the entrance door. Failure to comply with the above will result in an increase in cleaning costs, which will be withheld from the security deposit - 30 euros
50% confirmation deposit by bank transfer, money order, paypal etc ... Balance to be paid within the week before arrival.
In case of cancellation of the stay, the following penalties will be applied on the return of the deposit: -50% up to 28 days from the date of arrival; -60% up to 21 days from the date of arrival; - 80% up to 14 days from the date of arrival; -100% up to 7 days from the date of arrival.

- Pets are welcome, without any additional charge, to be agreed upon booking.
Arrival (CHECK IN) delivery of the property from 16.00 to 21.00; for arrivals after 21.00 and before 16.00 it is necessary to communicate it in advance
Departure (CHECK OUT) the property must be vacated preferably by 10.00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed or requested)
TIPS AND ACTIVITIES:
Santa Teresa Gallura (OT) is about 60 km from the port and airport of Obia.
For those arriving by plane, you can conveniently rent a car immediately outside the airport, or take one of the buses that connect Olbia with Santa Teresa (the arrival station is about 50/60 meters from the apartment) where you can still rent anyway car, scooter or bicycle, to get around during the holiday.
Santa Teresa is surrounded by breathtaking beaches, in addition to the 'Rena Bianca' beach of the town, you will have the opportunity to visit other enchanting beaches in the immediate vicinity, or follow itineraries on foot, for relaxing walks in nature (visit the official website of the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura, to discover all the beaches, itineraries and seasonal events)
A few steps from the apartment (about 200 meters) there is the tourist port, from where ferries leave daily for Corsica (Bonifacio), which is about 40 minutes away, or guided tours to the various archipelagos such as La Maddalena or L'Asinara,
In the evening the village is always alive !!! Stalls of typical products, artifacts and souvenirs, along the main streets, and the square always offers shows, music and entertainment for adults and children.
