The host of this home is a delightful man who has pride of ownership. The home is in great shape with a lot of attention to detail. It was a great stay in Santanyi with an owner who made our stay very pleasant.

Tolles Stadthaus in einem wunderschönen Örtchen

Pros: Vorweg muss man sagen, dass Cosme der netteste Vermieter ist den wir je hatten. Sehr engagiert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt und sogar am Sonntag hat er einen kleinen Rohrbruch beseitigt während wir auf der Insel unterwegs waren. Der Innenhof ist einfach ein Traum und auch die Zimmer sind super eingerichtet. Wir waren 2 Paare und mit der Wohnung im Innenhof hatte so trotzdem jeder seine Privatsphäre. Das Städtchen Santanyi an sich ist echt malerisch und der Wochenmarkt ist echt einen Besuch wert. Tipp: Frühzeitig den Markt besuchen - am besten schon um 09:00 Uhr oder früher da ab ca. 10:30 Massen von auswärtigen auf den Markt strömen. Der Urlaub ging viel zu schnell vorüber und wir hätten nur zu gerne verlängert. Können Cosme und sein Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Der Eindruck der Finca ist noch mal besser als die Fotos.. Nette Vermieter… unkompliziert. Klimaanlage ist auf einem guten Bis sehr guten Stand.. Poolanlage perfekt,vor allem abschließbar bei Kleinen Kindern.. Badezimmer ausreichend vorhanden.. bei Übergabe sehr sauber …. Eben eine typische mallorquinische Finca zentral in Santanyi.. Cons: Check in perfekt.. Lage sehr zentral ..
