"I liked the hotel and the rooms; it was affordable. However, I didn’t like the way the lady at the reception talked to me like she was the owner of that place. Please train your staff in customer service. Also, she refused to accept my U.S. passport, and I had to pay taxes for my stay, even though I told them my entry date to Peru.
